My name is Jared Hershfield and I am a proud member of the PS MS 20 Community. I am a third-generation teacher, with my grandmother being an English Language Teacher at the original PS 20 in the Bronx over 80 years ago. One thing you should know about me is that my classroom runs on a process of mutual respect and collaboration. Respect each other, respect all adults, and treat each other the same way you’d want to be treated. All students will be expected to work together with each other and bring in pieces of their own unique identities to our classroom.
