Hi, my name is Ms. Power and I'm entering Year 11 at the PSMS20 community. I teach Fourth Grade and teach the core subjects (Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies). I love the community at PSMS20 and believe in the TIGER way!

I love being a teacher!  I take great pride in witnessing students succeed and enjoy being able to support them as they grow inside and outside of the classroom. I have high expectations for my students and encourage them to have high expectations for themselves. In the classroom I encourage students to work hard and expect them to put effort into their work. I love curious learners who ask questions! I try to make the classroom an environment where students feel comfortable. When students feel comfortable, I see them take more risks and challenge themselves.  I am excited for the 2024-2025 school year and cannot wait to see what lies ahead.
